All products are custom-made to order with your submitted photos. Prices are listed in USD and are tax-free. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without notice. Orders placed at a previous price will be honored at that price.

3. Photo Submissions

When you upload photos for custom printing, you confirm that:

  • You own the rights to the photo or have permission to use it
  • The photo does not violate copyright, trademark, or privacy laws
  • The photo does not contain illegal, offensive, or inappropriate content
  • You understand that print quality depends on the resolution of your submitted image

We reserve the right to refuse any photo that violates these terms.

4. Order Process

  1. You place an order and submit your photo
  2. We send a digital proof within 24 hours for your approval
  3. Once approved, your item is printed and shipped within 2-3 business days
  4. Delivery takes 5-7 business days via free standard shipping

5. Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. Payment is processed at checkout through our secure payment gateway. All transactions are encrypted with 256-bit SSL technology.

6. Shipping

Free standard shipping is provided on all orders within the United States. We ship to all 50 states. International shipping is not currently available. See our Shipping Policy for details.
